Lead the Kita Wilhelmsaue in Berlin, supporting and developing the team and contributing to high-quality childcare. The Kita provides places for up to 105 children and works with an open concept, sign-supported communication, project-based educational activities, participation and inclusion. Responsibilities include organisational management, personnel development, quality assurance and conceptual, development-focused and target-oriented leadership. Applicants should have at least three years of experience as a qualified educational professional in a daycare leadership role, organisational skills, knowledge of the legal and administrative foundations of childcare, an understanding of business relationships, and strong cooperation, communication, conflict management and teamwork skills.
