Lead the development of A Level Physics, including developing schemes of work, ensuring suitable learning materials, identifying independent study and recovery activities, establishing intervention activity, sharing expertise and good practice with other subject teachers, identifying external support networks, overseeing coursework and practical standards and assessment processes, and supporting curriculum enrichment. Take part in peer observations, contribute to Key Stage 5 assessment reviews and common approaches to presentation and expectations, provide feedback to department and faculty leaders, monitor student progress against targets, liaise with parents and carers, work with the Key Stage 5 pastoral team, and contribute to UCAS reference writing and student support.
