The role involves estate planning and administration, including drafting, asset protection, wealth transfer techniques, estate and gift tax returns, and probate administration. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with exceptional organizational skills, a collegial attitude, and a commitment to superior client service. The associate will receive significant responsibility for matters, including client contact. A Juris Doctorate from an ABA-accredited law school is required, and an LLM in Estate Planning or Tax is a plus. NY bar admission or the ability to waive into the NY bar is required.
