Manage and maintain the company's Linux infrastructure, including installing, configuring and optimising systems, troubleshooting issues, providing technical support to end users, and working with customers to ensure smooth system operation and optimal performance. Responsibilities include Linux system installation and configuration, system security, customer support, performance monitoring, automation scripts, keeping up to date with Linux distributions and technologies, and participating in an on-call rotation. Requirements include completed training as a computer scientist EFZ or higher, strong Linux knowledge, experience with Debian, Ubuntu and Red Hat Enterprise Linux, familiarity with security best practices, excellent troubleshooting skills, communication and teamwork skills. Experience with Python and Bash is an advantage, as are knowledge of PostgreSQL and MariaDB/MySQL and familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
