Full-time permanent position based in the Toronto office and working in-person. Reporting to a Project Manager, the successful candidate will work on a project team to produce high-standard Revit construction drawings and details. Responsibilities include supporting Project Managers and Associates in project development, assembling construction drawing sets in Revit from schematic design through construction administration, preparing client presentation materials, design development documentation, construction documentation, contract administration and Authority submissions, and staying current with design techniques, building systems, design trends, code changes and technical developments. Candidates should have 3+ years of experience across large-scale retail, commercial, mixed-use and institutional projects, be highly proficient in current versions of Revit for Contract Documents, and be proficient in Bluebeam and design or presentation software such as InDesign. Strong knowledge of building technology, construction methodology and materials application, familiarity with Contract Administration and shop drawing review, self-motivation, collaborative team skills and flexibility to work overtime as needed are required. Compensation is $65,000 to $80,000 annually.
