Part-time, in-person role in the Oakland/San Francisco Bay Area with a flexible start and potential for future hybrid or remote work. Work closely with the principal on active kitchen and bathroom projects from initial concept through construction documentation. Duties include producing construction documents and detailed AutoCAD drawings, selecting and specifying finishes, fixtures, and materials, managing project data and procurement tracking in Studio Designer, coordinating vendors, supporting client presentations and project communication, coordinating with contractors and trades, and maintaining project files and team communication through Google Workspace. Applicants should have 1 to 3 years of experience in interior design, interior architecture, or a related field, strong AutoCAD proficiency, excellent organization and attention to detail, professional communication skills, and a portfolio showing technical capability and design sensibility. Residential project experience and Studio Designer experience are strongly preferred. A working knowledge of AI tools and the ability to adapt to new systems, processes, and technologies are requested. Compensation is commensurate with experience. Relocation pay is not included.
