The NYC office is seeking a junior associate attorney to handle litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution matters; draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, client advice memoranda, correspondence, and corporate and commercial agreements; and provide rapid responses to client requests. Candidates should be able to quickly understand complex scenarios and take action, exercise sound practical business judgment while working autonomously, demonstrate strong initiative and motivation, have outstanding written communication skills and attention to detail, and show a strong work ethic, excellent leadership skills, and an interest in taking on increased responsibility for client and firm matters. Intellectual property experience is required. Qualifications include admission or pending admission to the U.S. bar, ranking in the top 10% of the class, and Law Review or equivalent journal membership.
