Goldnetz supports refugees with advice and assistance on the German labour market. Duties include helping participants find employment, vocational training, internships, language courses or study opportunities, advising on recognition of professional and school qualifications, supporting career orientation, identifying strengths and skills, preparing application documents, assisting with job research, establishing contacts with employers and accompanying participants to public authorities. The coaching is free for participants, tailored to their individual situation and can last up to six months. Services are provided in German, English, Persian, Arabic, Armenian, French, Italian and Russian.
