Based in Montreal, the IT Manager is responsible for the agency's entire technology environment, including infrastructure, networks, servers, cloud, security, equipment, Microsoft 365 environments, storage systems, collaboration tools, access, security policies and backups. The role provides advanced technical support, diagnoses and resolves workstation, application and system issues, manages infrastructure for teams in Montreal and Toronto, leads IT projects and technology implementations, contributes to the technology roadmap and budget planning, documents processes and best practices, and manages vendor relationships. Candidates should have 5+ years of IT experience, including advanced support and infrastructure management, experience in a senior IT or IT manager role, strong Mac expertise, experience with Microsoft 365, networks and cloud infrastructure, IT security and workstation management, bilingual ability, and excellent problem-solving and user support skills. Experience with tools used in creative environments is an asset.
