Join Matheson's IP Disputes team, working on complex intellectual property disputes for major international and domestic clients in technology, life sciences and consumer goods. Responsibilities include multi-jurisdictional disputes, multidisciplinary projects, managing and mentoring junior lawyers, business development and thought leadership. Applicants should be solicitors with 3 to 5 years PQE in IP matters and experience across trade marks, patents, copyright, designs, trade secrets, IP portfolios, filings, licensing, assignments and commercial agreements. Hybrid working is available.
