Oppenheimer's Banking MBA Associate program provides a platform for driven individuals to assume a leading role on a variety of transactions. Associates work on company valuation, financial modeling, corporate strategy and transaction structuring, with small deal teams and opportunities to partner with senior-level executives. Responsibilities can include preparing client presentations, offering memoranda, internal committee memoranda and board presentations, executing transactions with direct client interaction, preparing complex financial analyses and models, conducting client company due diligence, researching potential buyers and investors, and participating in marketing and recruiting activities. Applicants must be currently enrolled in an MBA program. Two to five years of prior work experience is desired, and prior experience as a summer or full-time analyst at another investment bank is a plus. Strong quantitative, writing and interpersonal skills, project and process management experience, attention to detail, analytical ability, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint are required.
