This role requires a motivated and ambitious lawyer to work for the Corporate team in the London Office of this full service international firm. The firm is looking for an associate with meaningful experience in all aspects of public and private mergers and acquisitions work, including share and asset sales, joint ventures and shareholder arrangements, as well as general corporate advisory work.
