RealFoundations' internship program is for undergraduate and graduate students seeking full-time immersion on a RealFoundations client or internal consulting project. Interns receive local office onboarding, hands-on learning, mentorship from experienced staff, and opportunities to meet practice area leaders and attend social events. Responsibilities commonly include data gathering and analysis, industry research, interviewing key clients, preparing presentations, and attending client meetings. Qualifications include current study toward a bachelor's or postgraduate degree with a Real Estate, MIS, Accounting, or Business focus, strong teamwork and independent thinking, analytical skills, curiosity, organization, multitasking, and strong verbal, written, and presentation skills. Interns may be asked to travel to a client site.
