Alliant's paid internship program provides college sophomores, juniors, and seniors with a hands-on learning experience. Interns play a meaningful role on the team, interface with senior managers and team leaders, receive targeted training and professional development in their area of study, participate in learning and networking opportunities, and receive one-on-one mentoring with a dedicated champion. Internship opportunities may lead to careers with Alliant following the internship.
