Reporting to a manager, you will be responsible for your own portfolio and mentoring junior accountants. Duties include liaising with clients regarding taxation queries, preparing financial statements for companies, partnerships, SMSFs and trusts, preparing tax returns for these entities and individuals, preparing and lodging BAS and IAS, and working with and training junior accountants. Requirements include at least 4 years of public practice experience, experience with Xero and Xero Practice Manager, experience with Class or BGL, strong verbal and written communication skills, the ability to meet targets and deadlines under pressure, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
