ASAP Power is looking for an Integrationscoach who speaks German and at least one additional foreign language at conversational level. The role involves developing and implementing individual integration strategies within certified programmes, maintaining reporting standards according to AZAV certification requirements, supporting participants with career perspectives and barriers to employment, conducting individual coaching sessions and occasional information events, and working with company representatives, education providers and local authorities on bureaucratic processes. Applicants should be interested in supporting international clients, demonstrate empathy and active listening, use common IT programmes including MS Office confidently, structure their work independently and be committed to high-quality work. Experience as an Integrationscoach in Germany is advantageous. The company offers meaningful work, flexible working hours, a friendly and supportive environment, paid training, onboarding and competitive compensation of EUR 20 to EUR 30 per academic hour, defined as 45 minutes.
