An 18-month development programme for people at the start of their insurance careers. It is open to school leavers, graduates and candidates with up to two years of post-education experience. Successful applicants rotate across the business, combining facilitated learning with on-the-job training, while completing the Level 4 Insurance Professional Apprenticeship, including the CII Diploma qualification. Trainees move into a permanent role within the organisation at the end of the programme.
