Run groups and educational experiences for TechLabs students. Deliver TechLabs curricula and services to children in an engaging way, set up, clean up and maintain equipment, manage customer questions from students and parents, and maintain shared class notes and other TechLabs data. Candidates need a demonstrated passion for working with children, including students who require additional effort to engage and maintain focus, knowledge of Google Docs and Google Apps, comfort with programming languages and technology, fluency in German and or French plus English, a flexible schedule, the ability to self-manage time and resources, attention to detail, and basic customer service knowledge. An Ed Tech background, previous experience working with children in school, after-school or camp settings, and previous customer service experience are required. Candidates must provide a Swiss Criminal Background Check and an Excerpt from Swiss Criminal Records for Prohibitions on Employment, and participate in Child Safety Training instruction.
