Permanent associate role in BNP Paribas' UK Institutional DM Rates Sales team, covering public-side institutional clients including hedge funds, real money investors, asset managers, banks and insurers. The role supports the maintenance of existing business and the development of new products, clients and opportunities through administrative tasks, reports, presentations, operational support, commentary and market colour. Responsibilities include delivering high-quality client content, covering smaller accounts, co-covering and backing up clients, partnering with other business units, supporting junior staff and adhering to regulatory requirements and BNP Paribas policy. The role requires a professional qualification and some sales experience, or extensive relevant technical experience, along with knowledge of policies and regulations, an appreciation of economics and market dynamics, relationship management and development skills, computer literacy, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
