Neurodiverse Counseling is seeking independently licensed therapists to provide individual psychotherapy, evaluations, and complimentary video consultations in a fully remote telehealth practice. Candidates must hold an active Massachusetts LICSW or LMHC license, have a master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field, and have at least 5 years of clinical experience. Telehealth experience is preferred, along with a reliable internet connection, quiet workspace, comfort using electronic health records and technology, and professional liability insurance. Therapists maintain a minimum caseload of 20 sessions weekly, participate in individual and group supervision, coordinate client care, document treatment notes, and assist clients with out-of-network insurance navigation. The role offers schedule and fee autonomy, a clinician-first culture, peer support, professional growth, continuing education, client leads, mentorship, EHR access, marketing support, and work-life balance. Candidates must commit to at least 30 hours weekly and a minimum of 3 years with ND Counseling.
