TeamKids Inclusion Support team members support the inclusion of children living with a disability and children with additional support or complex medical needs. Responsibilities include implementing inclusive practices, providing training for Directors of Service and Educators to better support neurodiverse children, working with Directors of Service to address barriers to participation, visiting programs to mentor and model best practice, and developing supportive relationships with children and their families to support successful transitions into TeamKids.
