Minami Tamaki LLP's Immigration and Nationality Law practice is seeking a paralegal with 1 to 4 years of experience and a passion for immigration law and working with people from around the world. Responsibilities include assisting attorneys with PERM, I-140, adjustment of status, consular immigrant visa, naturalization, and related family and employment-based immigration applications. Requirements include a BS or BA degree and employment-based immigration paralegal experience, including volume employment-based non-immigrant categories and employment-based immigrant visa petitions in the EB-1, EB-2, and EB-3 categories. Experience with non-immigrant or family-based petitions and applications is a plus. Ideal qualifications include attention to detail, strong customer service skills, the ability to prioritize and multitask, excellent English communication skills, experience with Word and familiarity with the Microsoft suite, and enjoyment of a team environment.
