Prepare documents and assemble cases for review and filing, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness. Track client expiration dates and filing deadlines and communicate with clients to facilitate case completion. Requirements include two to three years of immigration paralegal experience, preferably experience preparing and filing PERM applications, experience with immigrant and non-immigrant petitions and applications, a bachelor's degree, paralegal certification or equivalent, and meticulous proofreading and organizational skills.
