Join a thriving and energetic team at a leading law firm specialising in Immigration, Asylum and Human Rights law. The role involves assisting with the continued high demand for the firm's services, particularly detained casework. Applicants should have accreditation as an IAAS Senior Caseworker, level 2, or Advanced Caseworker, level 3, and at least two years' experience of Legal Aid asylum work. Experience of working with immigration detainees and Public Law work, including Judicial Review applications, injunctions preventing removal and unlawful detention or false imprisonment claims, is desirable. The firm provides ongoing bespoke training, peer support, flexible and remote working, cloud-based IT systems and opportunities for development and promotion. Salary is £30,000 to £35,000 for caseworkers performing IRC work, or £25,000 to £30,000 for caseworkers without IRC work, dependent on experience and qualifications. A performance-related bonus scheme is available.
