Lead all human resources functions for Immigration Institute of the Bay Area and help build and sustain a healthy, high-performing, and equitable workplace supporting direct services to immigrant communities. Serve as a strategic partner to the Executive Director and leadership team while managing day-to-day HR operations. Directly supervise the Human Resources Manager and Volunteer Manager, and provide leadership in payroll, employee relations, compensation, benefits, compliance, organizational policies, talent management, and volunteer services.
