Support the six-person HR team with personnel administration, including contracts, changes, employment references, and digital and physical filing. Assist with recruiting processes, communicate with applicants, coordinate interviews, and organise and support onboarding and offboarding. Manage time and absence systems, including holiday planning and time recording, prepare HR evaluations and reports, support internal projects, and contribute ideas to the ongoing development of HR processes. The role requires completed commercial training, ideally with HR Assistant training or experience in human resources, at least 3 years of comparable HR assistant experience, independent and structured working practices, reliability, discretion, accuracy, strong MS Office skills, and fluent German and English. Knowledge of HR, time, and absence management software is an advantage.
