The role involves facilitating efficient day to day operations, ensuring excellent customer service, managing facilities, equipment and supplies, identifying operational challenges and inefficiencies involving systems, cat health and facilities, and working with management to resolve identified issues. Team duties include facilitating onboarding and training based on established SOPs, identifying team challenges and rostering. Applicants must be Singaporean citizens or PRs, fluent in written and spoken English, have at least two years of experience in customer service and the animal care or veterinary industry, and be able to perform general housekeeping in an air conditioned environment. Relevant educational background is preferred, and applicants must complete a paid one day trial period. Working hours are 0930 to 1900, five days a week including weekends and public holidays. Salary is SGD 2900 to 3500 depending on experience.
