Parker is seeking a part-time Interior Plant Service Technician in the Princeton and New Brunswick area. The role involves visiting customer locations to care for interior plants and green walls, testing plants for water, grooming plants as necessary, and checking in with clients before leaving. Parker provides all required equipment and will train candidates who have a passion for excellent customer service and plant care. This is an entry-level position with opportunities for promotion from within. Candidates must have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, a positive attitude, exceptional customer service and communication skills, the ability to follow instructions and work independently, strong time management skills, a valid driver's license with reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a background screen and drug test. Previous landscaping, horticulture, or greenhouse experience is preferred. The role requires bending, squatting, walking, stretching, climbing a ladder, reaching, and lifting up to 30 pounds. Expected hours are approximately 20 per week. The schedule is Monday through Friday day shifts, with weekends as needed and possible overtime during the holiday season. Pay is $16.00 to $19.00 per hour based on experience. Benefits include paid time off and a referral program. Work is performed on the road between New Brunswick and Princeton.
