Regency Home Health Care is seeking Caring People Caregivers to provide quality home care. Caregivers receive ongoing skills and development training and 24/7 support from Clinical and Office staff. Candidates should be passionate about caregiving, professional with a desire to learn and grow, reliable, punctual, and able to communicate well verbally and in writing. Requirements include two government issued IDs, a New York State HHA Certificate, required medical documentation including physical and MMR vaccination, PPD or Quantiferon testing, and two typed or verbal references. Duties include providing personal care, respite and family relief, conversing with patients, supporting individuals who cannot safely stay alone, providing medication reminders, observing universal precautions, laundry, grocery shopping, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and transportation to doctor appointments, outside activities, and shopping.
