Join a small, friendly team delivering trusted heating services to homes across London. You will visit around four domestic properties each day to check, repair or maintain heating and hot water systems, including underfloor heating, radiators, combi boilers and heat interface units. Full training on HIU systems is provided, along with a uniform, tools and mobile phone. The role offers regular, flexible work in residential blocks, with no general plumbing, driving or parking worries. Applicants should have at least five years of relevant experience, City & Guilds Level 3 or above, public liability insurance, good communication and problem-solving skills, and be reliable, punctual, friendly and professional with customers. Applicants must be based in London and able to travel by public transport. Self-employed day rates are from £264 to £336, with potential winter earnings of around £66,000 to £84,000 a year.
