Work closely with the Health and Safety Manager and Assistant Health and Safety Manager to maintain health and safety compliance across blocks managed by Islington Properties and London Block Management, as well as the company's office premises. Duties include monitoring health and safety, tendering and scheduling health and safety works and statutory inspections, managing the health and safety database, supporting approved contractor management, scheduling staff training, assisting with accident and incident investigations, scheduling responsive works, coordinating office inspections, processing invoices, conducting site visits where required, and addressing daily Health and Safety action items. The role requires a genuine interest in health and safety, strong organisational, analytical and communication skills, intermediate MS Office ability, and the ability to manage workloads, meet deadlines and learn database applications. No previous experience is required as training will be provided. Previous health and safety or property management experience, contractor management knowledge, property management knowledge and health and safety qualifications are desirable.
