Lead JOLT Energy's Technical Product Management team and ensure a best-in-class hardware and software setup for its charging network. Responsibilities include defining the technical product strategy and roadmap, evaluating charging hardware, managing strategic suppliers and SLAs, owning charger UX/UI, overseeing the charging stack, aligning hardware supply with deployment targets, leading Hardware and Software Architecture roles, and tracking KPIs such as charging success rate, hardware and spare parts pricing, and driver UX. The role requires proven technical product leadership, supplier management experience, understanding of software architecture, UX knowledge for physical or embedded products, strong cross-functional collaboration skills, and English and German. Experience in EV infrastructure, IoT, or energy is a strong plus.
