Work at sportslab.berlin from 1 February 2026. Build, lead and develop the biomechanical laboratory, conduct and evaluate biomechanical movement analyses, develop sports science testing procedures, support athletes, teams and coaches, deliver training therapy and biofeedback training, advise on training planning, technique optimisation and injury prevention, interpret data, create science-based recommendations, collaborate with medical and sports practice partners, and represent sportslab.berlin externally. Applicants need a degree in sports science, biomechanics, movement science or a comparable qualification, solid knowledge of biomechanics, movement analysis and performance diagnostics, ideally experience with motion capture systems and biomechanical measurement methods, confidence with training therapy and biofeedback training, an affinity for sports technology measurement systems, scientific thinking combined with practical application skills, and a communicative, structured and independent working style. The role offers the opportunity to build a new sports science facility, work with modern international research-level equipment, participate in projects with athletes, teams and associations, and access long-term development opportunities.
