PMC Treasury is seeking a Head of Risk Management to manage client assignment delivery across the Americas, lead and grow the Risk Management team, build delivery technology and business development capabilities, identify new business opportunities, collaborate across business areas, and contribute to company strategy. Responsibilities include overseeing risk management engagements involving interest rate, FX, commodity, and inflation exposures, ensuring robust project delivery, implementing standardized processes, developing client and partner relationships, and driving business growth. Candidates should have at least 10 years of experience developing and executing interest rate or foreign exchange risk mitigation strategies, in-depth knowledge of financial derivatives, strong leadership, business development, communication, relationship-building, and people management skills. Banking experience is advantageous, while corporate Treasury or risk management consulting experience is acceptable.
