Central Office role in London with hybrid working across three days in the office or nurseries. Lead and evolve LEYF's learning and development strategy, support nursery teams to deliver high-quality early years education, lead apprenticeships, qualifications and career pathways, champion coaching and continuous learning, develop future leaders, strengthen succession planning, and use insight and feedback to improve capability. The role leads an experienced Learning and Development team and supports colleagues from apprentices through to experienced nursery leaders.
