Reporting to the Principal and serving on the School’s Strategic Advisory Team and Executive, the Head of High School will provide strategic, educational and operational leadership across Years 7 to 12. The role will lead the High School Executive Team and oversee teaching and learning, student wellbeing, leadership development and daily operations. The successful candidate will have strategic thinking, strong people leadership, sound judgement and the capacity to translate vision into action. Applicants must hold an approved teaching qualification, be eligible for NESA accreditation and possess a valid Working with Children Check. Jewish faith is not required, but a genuine commitment to Emanuel School’s ethos, values and community life is essential. Applications close 5pm, Sunday 23 August 2026.
