Kulturinitiative Förderband gGmbH, theaterhaus berlin, is seeking a friendly and technically skilled caretaker for a full-time sickness replacement role at the earliest possible date. Duties include being the technical contact for building and operational services, preparing staff schedules and providing technical supervision, monitoring building systems and safety, coordinating maintenance and renovation work, carrying out repairs and painting, communicating with external service providers, ensuring cleanliness and cleaning quality, preparing rehearsal rooms for users, maintaining room equipment, and organising grounds care and seasonal services. Applicants should have completed technical or trade training or extensive comparable experience, knowledge of building technology, flexibility for late and weekend shifts, reliability, initiative, teamwork and communication skills, an interest in safety matters, and very good spoken and written German and English.
