Provide weekly one-to-one learning therapy for children with significant difficulties in reading, writing or arithmetic. Full-time therapists generally work in the afternoons on therapy sessions, preparation and follow-up, therapy reports, and discussions with parents and teachers, while also taking on morning duties such as parent consultations, diagnostic discussions, support planning discussions with youth welfare offices, and therapy sessions in schools. The role offers meaningful work with children and families, individualised work based on a scientific concept, regular supervision and development opportunities, professional exchange in a multiprofessional team, and flexible contract arrangements and role profiles up to independent institute management. A completed degree, ideally in education or psychology, or at least one year of professional experience working with children, native-level German, and professional further training are required.
