Join the Guest Relations department as an ambitious and energetic intern. Duties include checking guests in and out, providing personal service to ensure guest satisfaction, sharing knowledge of Amsterdam, servicing and cleaning The Living, maintaining contacts with surrounding hotels, communicating with other hotel departments, participating in hotel revenue optimisation, supporting the mission, vision and strategy of Banks Mansion, and eventually taking and possibly booking reservations. The role requires a passion for the hotel industry, strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills, flexibility, commercial awareness, teamwork, an open-minded and energetic attitude, and good Dutch and English communication skills.
