Club Fugazi Experiences is seeking personable, motivated, and dependable Guest Experience Ushers to support the spirit, safety, and culture of Club Fugazi and create an enjoyable experience for guests. Duties include welcoming and engaging audiences, scanning tickets, verifying vaccination and booster information, checking IDs, directing guests, addressing concerns during performances, communicating issues to the House Manager, answering questions, assisting with setup and cleanup, responding to comments and complaints, supporting patron relations, and maintaining safety protocols. Previous experience in theatre, ushering, or related work is required. Candidates must be friendly and personable, have excellent communication and people skills, work well as part of a team in a fast-paced customer-focused environment, and have an enthusiastic appreciation for entertainment and the performing arts.
