Join 55 Minutes to grow revenue through new offerings, partnerships and collaborations while helping sharpen the studio's niche in inclusive design. Responsibilities include identifying high-potential sectors and decision-makers, shaping strategic outreach and value propositions, testing new offerings, driving opportunities from discovery to paid engagement, developing pitch decks and proposals, building partnerships and ecosystems, researching grants and funding opportunities, and supporting the inclusive design growth strategy. The role is a 9-month contract with potential renewal, a fixed monthly retainer and performance-based bonuses. It is remote-first, with availability required during Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm SGT, plus scheduled check-ins or ad hoc in-person meetings. Applicants should be strategic, action-oriented, strong communicators and connectors, comfortable working independently, and have at least 4 years of experience in partnerships, business development or marketing. Experience in design, tech or purpose-driven sectors is a bonus.
