Ensure the group meets Australian Financial Services Licence requirements, Anti-Money Laundering obligations and other regulatory standards. Responsibilities include managing AFSL consolidation and licence variation projects, liaising with external compliance consultants and legal specialists, monitoring obligations through the Digital Compliance Portal, performing the AML Compliance Officer role, supporting AFSL-related merger and acquisition due diligence, reviewing marketing materials, coordinating compliance training, monitoring regulatory changes and improving risk management frameworks. Candidates need financial services experience with strong AFSL knowledge, particularly in Asset Management and wholesale, a record of leading complex compliance projects, understanding of AML and corporate governance, strong organisational and analytical skills, and effective communication and collaboration skills. The role is open to candidates in Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane and offers full-time or part-time work with a minimum of three days per week, hybrid arrangements, professional development, strategic exposure and end-of-trip facilities.
