Provide excellent customer service and assist with the smooth running of the CERES Grocery and Cafe. Duties include opening, operating and closing the grocery and cafe, supporting team members, educating the community about sustainable food production, receiving and unpacking deliveries, rotating and displaying stock, maintaining cleanliness, preparing food and drinks, handling cash and point of sale duties, and maintaining food safety standards. The role requires exceptional customer service and communication skills, a willingness to work in a fast-paced customer-focused workplace, passion for organic and biodynamic food systems, a supportive and collaborative approach, and the ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision.
