Join the Productivity Commission's annual graduate cohort and contribute to deep policy work through analysis, research, broad consultation and evidence-based recommendations to government. The Commission welcomes graduates from different academic backgrounds and prioritises intellect, curiosity and a passion for public policy and making a difference. Graduates can work in Melbourne or Canberra with hybrid working arrangements. Benefits include 20 days annual leave plus closedown, ongoing training, a starting salary of $79,125 plus 15.4% superannuation, flexible working conditions, 18 days personal leave and relocation assistance if required. Applications for the 2028 intake will open in early 2027.
