Each year, the firm recruits a small number of talented students and graduates, irrespective of degree subject or academic background, for summer and off-cycle internship programmes. Interns receive training, close supervision and guidance, and are expected to show initiative and take responsibility for their work from the outset. The firm offers permanent analyst positions to many of its interns.
