Join Zinfra's Graduate Program, designed to identify, select and develop talented individuals. Graduates broaden their skills, knowledge and competencies through structured development, ongoing learning, mentoring, networking and four six-month job rotations that increase in responsibility. The program typically includes opportunities in Finance, Digital, Corporate Affairs, Human Resources and Engineering, including mechanical, electrical, chemical and civil disciplines. Applicants must have full working rights when commencing, have completed undergraduate or postgraduate studies in the last three years, be available to commence the full-time two-year program in February 2027, have a credit average across university results, and provide proof of working rights and an academic transcript.
