Join Black & White Engineering in Dublin and work on real projects from day one, supporting experienced mechanical engineers across design, coordination and delivery on complex data centre and infrastructure projects. The role offers structured learning, technical development, mentorship, international and multidisciplinary experience, and clear progression pathways. Applicants should have a degree or expected degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related building services discipline, a strong interest in mechanical building services, HVAC, data centre infrastructure or mission-critical engineering, good mechanical engineering fundamentals, effective communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, project-driven environment. Familiarity with engineering or design software is beneficial but not essential. The role is intended for graduates planning to start in September 2026.
