Envision Financial Services is seeking a Graduate / Junior Paraplanner to support a Senior Financial Planner and develop knowledge and skills towards a financial planning career as a paraplanner or financial planner. Duties include attending client meetings, creating file notes, assisting with advice and review documents, basic client communication, financial modelling and comparison modelling, preparing personal insurance cover quotes, working across the XPlan platform, and participating in training and development. Applicants should have appropriate graduate qualifications, or be close to finishing, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, a strong client focus, knowledge of Excel and Word, the ability to meet deadlines and work unsupervised at times, and a willingness to uphold high client care standards. An interest in financial advice, superannuation and insurance is desirable. The role offers variety, ownership, training, a friendly professional office environment, and parking nearby.
