Join Designer Group's two-year Engineering Graduate Programme, combining hands-on experience on engineering and construction projects with structured technical learning, professional mentoring and rotations through modular learning blocks and real project environments. Engineering pathways include BIM Engineer, Mechanical Engineer and Electrical Engineer. Graduates develop technical and commercial skills, gain exposure across core teams and the construction lifecycle, and receive one study day per week to progress an academic qualification. The programme includes six months in each department followed by allocation to a specific project.
