Join Black & White Engineering's Dublin team and work on real projects from day one, supporting experienced engineers across electrical design, coordination and delivery on complex, high-value data centre projects. The role offers structured learning, technical development, mentorship, international and multidisciplinary experience, and clear progression pathways. Applicants should have a degree or expected degree in Electrical Engineering or a related building services discipline, a strong interest in electrical building services, data centre infrastructure or mission-critical engineering, a good grasp of electrical engineering fundamentals, effective communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, project-driven environment. Familiarity with engineering or design software is beneficial but not essential. Applications are welcomed from graduates planning to start in September 2026.
